Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools
• Keep dish station clean, organized, and stocked throughout service
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and closing duties
• Maintain proper sanitation and safety standards
• Support the culinary team with prep or deliveries as needed
