Husk is seeking a warm and professional Lead Host to join and guide our front-door team!

Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who thrives on creating a warm first impression, managing flow with precision, and leading with grace.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional first and last impression
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using the host system (e.g., Resy or OpenTable)
• Lead and train host team members to maintain service and communication standards
• Coordinate with the management team and floor staff to manage seating flow and wait times
• Monitor guest needs and handle special requests with discretion and care
• Oversee the cleanliness and appearance of the host stand and entrance area
• Handle guest concerns or feedback with professionalism and promptness

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ year of host or front desk experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
• A clear and confident communicator, in person and on the phone
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Naturally warm, welcoming, and gracious
• Familiar with reservation platforms and restaurant flow management
• Able to lead by example while supporting and uplifting your team
