Marbled & Fin is in search of a motivated, detail oriented, and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our growing company!

Marbled & Fin, the ambitious new concept in downtown Charleston, is locally owned and operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). The restaurant features sleek interiors; polished, progressive menus with options to delight every diner; and, above all, an unwavering focus on top-notch hospitality. The atmosphere is modern and elevated without feeling exclusive, creating a celebratory and lively backdrop that breaks the mold of traditional steakhouse dining.

Responsibilities:

• Provides general administrative support to the management team.
• Execute invoice entry, payroll auditing, and cash handling duties.
• Answering phones, emails, and assisting with reservation coordination.
• Assisting with vendor and repair and maintenance communication.
• Maintaining personnel files.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and understand new software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain trust in handling confidential information A true team player with the ability to work independently
• Must have a “can do” attitude and the flexibility to take on various projects and tasks as necessary – must be okay with an ever-changing role based on the needs of the team
• Prior restaurant experience required. Experience in restaurant administration is preferred.
